1、室内、建筑设计等相关设计类专业，本科及以上学历； 2、能够参与室内项目的方案构思与设计，具备较强的创意和策划能力，并提交满足客户要求的设计方案； 3、能够跟踪整个工程项目直到完工验收；解决施工实地发生的设计问题； 4、熟悉设计与施工的相关专业规范；对设计后续的施工工艺、结构及材料材质有一定的了解及运用经验； 5、具备良好的沟通能力、应变处理能力及团队领导能力，能够与业主、供应商、材料商以及相关专业公司高效****** 7、良好的英语和普通话听说读写能力。 Qualifications i. Bachelor's degree or higher in interior and architecture design or related majors. ii. Creates and develops overall design concepts. Create design presentation strategies and makes presentations. iii. Supervise and control the process from design concept to construction. iv. Familiar the requirements of the design specifications and the basic local Chinese standard. v. Good interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills, ability to cooperate effectively with clients, suppliers, materials suppliers and other companies. vi. Experienced user of AutoCAD,SketchUp,Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and Microsoft Office. vii. Strong verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin.
