1. 一份不错的审美素养， 一份良好的沟通态度，一份快速的学习能力，一份持久的设计热情（最看重）； 2. 建筑相关专业本科及以上学历； 3. 在一线建筑事务所2年以上工作经验，在至少两个在施或已落成的大型综合体、文化、公共类项目中承担主要贡献者角色（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）； 4. 将国际视野的审美水准和建筑规范密切结合，能够以精准的方式表达设计创意； 5. 优秀的时间管理，团队协作及沟通能力，适应快速的工作节奏； 6. 熟练使用常用设计软件，如AutoCAD，Rhino和 Adobe CS等，了解Maya和Revit更佳； 7. 能够在双语（中英）环境工作的候选人优先。 1.
