职位描述
1. Be in charge of end to end project management on site for all Haygrove projects in South-West China Region according to the SOP of project delivery.
根据黑革萝项目标准流程负责西南区所有项目的现场统筹管理工作 。
2. Be responsible for construction vendor management across all South-West China project sites to ensure projects are delivered on-time and safely according to Haygrove standards.
负责西南区施工队伍的管理，确保项目准时、安全交付，并符合黑革萝的标准。
3. Ensure that any failures about safety, quality, or efficiency standards shall be identified and solved in partnership with key stakeholders within 48hrs.
确保任何涉及项目安全、质量、技术等问题能被及时发现，并通过相关团队协作在48小时内解决。
4. Be responsible for the effective communication with clients by providing timely update for the project.
负责与现场客户的高效对接，能够及时反馈项目进展。
5. Be responsible for the coordination with internal project teams, incl. Design, Construction, and logistics and supply chain, etc.;
负责项目的内部协调沟通，包括设计、施工、物流与供应链等团队。
6. Take part in the establishment of project management plan and procedure, and strictly execute it in project.
参与项目管理的制度和流程的制定，并在在项目上严格推行。
7. Other projects or work assigned by the line manager.
其他上级安排的项目或工作。
任职要求
1. About 3-5 years’ project management experience in onsite construction, civil engineering, M&E engineering, etc..
3-5年项目管理经验，如项目现场施工管理、土木工程，机电工程等。
2. Familiar with running multiple projects remotely: delivering clear reports to stakeholders.
熟悉远程运营多个项目，并能向相关者提供清晰的报告。
3. Effective communication and problem solving skills to drive solutions and solve onsite issues;
具有高效沟通及问题解决能力，以确保项目现场的所有问题得到有效解决。
4. Calm under pressure or when working to deadlines.
具有良好的抗压能力。
5. Be able to relocate to project sites at one time.
能够接受驻在项目现场。
6. Bachelor degree, majoring in agriculture or horticultural experience is preferred.
本科学历，有农业或园艺经验者优先。
