在世界建筑节奖（WAFX奖）日前宣布，旨在解决12组项目计划“的一些世界上最紧迫的挑战。” 2021 年奖励计划旨在表彰来自世界各地的项目提案，以应对当今的全球问题，从大流行控制和气候紧急情况到社会公平、文化认同、人口老龄化和粮食供应。

电影节分享：“WAFX 奖的获奖者都是从 WAF 奖计划的未来项目类别的参赛作品中选出的，因为他们的雄心和范围。今年的类别获奖者包括一个快速安装的模块化防疫医院、一个浮动生态校园曼哈顿岛外，Bjarke Ingles 和丰田的大型智能交通城市原型，伦敦市中心的零碳办公开发项目，上海的世界上第一个高层数据中心，以及菲律宾卡格巴莱特岛的新生态旅游类型。 ”

WAFX 总冠军将于 12 月 1 日至 3 日在里斯本举行的实体活动回归期间在 2021 年世界建筑节上宣布。 

世界建筑节总监 Paul Finch 评论道：“今年的 WAFX 获奖者在我们这个时代的许多重大问题上展示了一系列鼓舞人心的想法和方法。从全木办公室到结合自然与人的概念项目-made，建筑师再次展示了如何部署设计来应对挑战和调查机遇。”

WAFX 2021 类别获奖者是：

1.建筑技术获奖者：藤本壮介的“建筑+住宅博物馆”

2.陈年获奖者：Sunlay 的 “泰康社区 桂园”

3.气候、能源和碳排放冠军：Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios 的“伦敦天堂” 

4.文化认同奖：阿布扎比文化和旅游部的“阿布扎比扎耶德国家博物馆” 

5.食品获奖者： Carlo Calma Consultancy Inc. 的“ Cagbalete Sand Clusters”

6.智慧城市获胜者：  BIG Architecture DPC 的“Toyota Woven City” 

7.健康奖：中国矿业大学建筑与设计学院“上海可变形模块化COVID-19防疫医院”

8.再利用获胜者：  STUDIO V Architecture 的“筒仓城”

9.道德与价值观获奖者： 3deluxe 的“ #WeThePlanet Campus” 

10.数字技术获奖者： Schneider+Schumacher International GmbH 的“深圳前海电信中心”

11.社会公平奖获得者：两排建筑师和KPMB 建筑师事务所的“七堡第一民族弹性复式住宅”

12.水上冠军：小威廉·蒂的《马尼拉地平线》。

2021 年 7 月 12 日至 14 日，将在 WAF 期货虚拟活动期间对所有 12 位 WAFX 奖获奖者进行现场采访。除了这些采访之外，每个演讲团队还将与参加虚拟活动的特邀嘉宾进行对话，其中包括著名建筑师艾莉森·布鲁克斯 (Alison Brooks)；Ash Sakula Architects Cany Ash 创始合伙人；皇家学院建筑系主任 Vicky Richardson 等。

The World Architecture Festival Awards (WAFX Award) has announced 12 project initiatives that aim to address "some of the world’s most pressing challenges." The 2021 awards program celebrates project proposals from across the world tackling today’s global issues, ranging from pandemic control and the climate emergency to social equity, cultural identity, aging populations, and food supply.

The Festival shares: "The WAFX Award winners are all selected from entries to the Future Projects category in the WAF Awards Program, for their ambition and scope. This year’s category winners include a fast installation modular hospital for epidemic prevention, a floating eco-campus off Manhattan Island, a grand prototype smart transportation city from Bjarke Ingles and Toyota, a zero-carbon office development in central London, the world's first high-rise data center in Shanghai, and a new eco-tourism typology at Cagbalete Island, Philippines."

The overall WAFX winner will be announced at the 2021 World Architecture Festival during the return of its physical event which takes place on December 1–3 in Lisbon. 

Paul Finch, Director of the World Architecture Festival, comments: "This year’s WAFX winners feature an inspiring set of ideas and approaches in respect of many of the major issues of our time. From all-wood offices to conceptual projects combining nature with the man-made, architects have once again shown how design can be deployed to tackle challenges and investigate opportunities."

7.Health winner: ‘The Deformable Modularized COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention Hospital, Shanghai’ by School of Architecture & Design, China University of Mining and Technology

8.Re-use winner: ‘Silo City’ by STUDIO V Architecture

9.Ethics & Values winner: ‘#WeThePlanet Campus’ by 3deluxe 

10.Digital Technology winner: ‘Shenzhen Qianhai Telecommunication Centre’ by Schneider+Schumacher International GmbH

11.Social Equity winner: ‘A Resilient Duplex for Fort Seven First Nation’ by Two Row Architect and KPMB Architects

12.Water winner: ‘Horizon Manila’ by William Ti, Jr.

On July 12–14, 2021, live interviews with all 12 WAFX Award winners will take place during the WAF Futures virtual event. In addition to these interviews, each presenting team will be in conversation with special guests joining the virtual event including acclaimed architect Alison Brooks; Founding Partner of Ash Sakula Architects Cany Ash; Head of Architecture at Royal Academy Vicky Richardson, and more.
